It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, one with a bath and the other one with a shower. Thanks to the light tones of its walls and the contrast generated by its furniture, it creates a modern and yet cozy space. Very bright and fully equipped.
The location of the apartment can be considered strategic, having a short distance to all areas of interest in Valencia and being 10 minutes from the city's historical and cultural centre or the City of Arts and Science. A little over 1km away you will find the Jardines del Turia, the old riverbed; considered the lungs of the city with an extension of 9km to enjoy for its multiplicity of options. But if you prefer to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate and taste a paella Valenciana with sea views, only 3km away you will have Malvarrosa’s beach.
