A magnificent villa that can turn your stay into a dream, for all the services it offers at the height of the best holiday stays that exist in the area. Spaces to meditate in the middle of nature and absolute tranquillity that are complemented with all the luxury of details in its interior.

Distribution of the villa:

The villa has 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and capacity for 12 people, hammam, gym, sauna, heated pool and jacuzzy, distributed over 4 floors as follows:
On the main floor we find a large glass entrance door that gives access to the main living room of the house. With an open concept and wonderful sea and mountain views, there is a sofa and TV area, a dining area with a large marble table and a beautiful open white kitchen. On the same floor there is a guest toilet.
All spaces have access to a lovely terrace with garden sofas and table with a central gas cooker for outdoor dining in a warm atmosphere at any time of the year.
Up some beautiful stairs we access the upper part of the villa where the first three bedrooms are located, all with access to the upper terrace, queen size beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with chromotherapy shower each.
From the main floor where the living room is located, we find other stairs leading down to the lower floor of the villa where we reach a second very spacious and bright living room with access to the pool area and jacuzzi, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a fourth double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub with accessories for people with reduced mobility, and air conditioning. And the fifth bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. This entire floor is wheelchair accessible by entering through a tarmac road along the edge of the villa.
Next to this bedroom and going down some internal stairs we access the magnificent Spa of the villa where we find a gym, a relaxation area with a small fridge for cold drinks, coffee maker and preparation of infusions, a toilet, shower, a dry sauna, hammam, and relaxation room.
Bordering the villa and down external stairs is a separate studio which can be accessed by a pretty Japanese pathway or by a spiral staircase if you come down from the pool area. The studio has a small open kitchenette, a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a double bed. In front of the studio there is a nice private lawn area where you can relax.

All guests are provided with shower and toilet towels, pool towels and towels for the spa and gym as well as bathrobes.

Exterior of the villa:

The magnificent villa has several outdoor spaces where you can enjoy and at the same time create independent spaces for each guest. Terraces with outdoor sofas with comfortable cushions on the terrace in front of the living room, a table for outdoor dining, a pool area with outdoor shower, sunbeds for sunbathing by the heated infinity pool (under extra contract), a pergola with sofas and a coffee table where you can have an aperitif and enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the area, gas barbecue and Moorish oven, and different areas of artificial grass to practice yoga or meditation.
The villa has a pedestrian access from the street and an access for vehicles through a motorized gate that gives access to the plot where several vehicles can be parked inside, but in the open air.

It is located 2 km from restaurants, 3 km from the Ifach Golf course, 3 km from the rocky beach "Cala L'Andrago", 5 km from the sandy beach "L'Ampolla", 5 km from the town "Moraira", 8 km from the supermarket, 12 km from the town Calpe 13 km from the natural park of Peñon de Ifach, 89 km from the airport Alicante/Elche and 123 km from the airport of Valencia.

In the electric open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
